These terms apply to businesses that list on FindKerala.com.

Listings

Listing is free. You must run or represent the business you list and have the right to use every photo you upload. Information must be accurate and kept up to date. We may edit, decline, request changes to, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or break the law.

Enquiries

Enquiries go to you directly. Respond to travellers honestly and promptly. FindKerala.com is not a party to any agreement between you and a traveller.

Advertising

Advertising is optional and paid in advance. The price, length and placement shown when you create a campaign are fixed for that campaign. Campaigns run only after payment and our approval of the content. If we cannot approve a paid campaign, we refund it. Results are reported as impressions, clicks and enquiries; we do not promise bookings or sales.
